Exchange Policy – ThriftQueen.pk
At ThriftQueen.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are only allowed for items of equal or higher value (customer will pay the difference).
- Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
