Return & Refund Policy – ThriftQueen.pk

At ThriftQueen.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging
    A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (after approval), and place a separate order for the new item.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
